The built-to-suit facility will serve as the company's MidwestRegional Distribution Center, and can support 45 inbound shipmentsper day from Pactiv manufacturing sites, and 45 outbound customershipments per day. The building was constructed with expansioncapabilities of up to 1.3 million sf. Power Construction was thegeneral contractor, and Heitman Architects provided designservices.
