Aero California to Stay in El Segundo

LOS ANGELES-The airline has signed a $1.1-million lease to remain in its longtime U.S. corporate headquarters in the South Bay.

Aero California, the Baja California-based airline, has inked a $1.1-million deal to keep its U.S. corporate headquarters grounded in El Segundo.

The renewal means the airline will stay in its facility at 1960 Grand Ave. for at least the three. It occupies 13,069 sf.

The LA office of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the tenant. The building owner, Hines International, was represented in-house.
