Valued at $1.08 million, thedecision to lease the new facility represents a relocation andexpansion of the company's furniture distribution business. Thelessee was represented in the deal by Ashwill & Associates.
In the second transaction, Lee & Associates-Newport Inc.represented the seller in the sale of a 24,922-sf industrial unit,located at 1350 Lambert in Brea, to Vesuki Inc. The $2.18 milliondeal represents an expansion for the aerospace manufacturer. Theseller was W.L. Butler Construction Inc. The buyer was representedby Lee & Associates-Orange Inc.
