Concord, a CD and DVD replication, packaging and distributioncompany, will use the new facility, located on a 6.23-acre site, toexpand and relocate its operation, which is currently located inBrea. The new facility was formerly occupied by SeagateTechnology.

Concord has already started the relocation process and isexpected to occupy and be fully operational in the new facility byFebruary 2001.

Brokers from Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine office representedthe lessor, Seagate Technology, and the building's owner, IsmosInvestments, and Ashwill & Associates' Orange officerepresented Concord in the transaction.
