In Newark, meanwhile, STV Inc. has taken 6,688 sf in amulti-year deal at 550 Broad St., currently one of that city's hotproperties. C&W's Duenas represented the tenant; AlexanderSummer of Paramus dealt for the building owner.
At One Harmon Plaza, a Hartz Mountain Property in Secaucus,Citigate Dewe Rogerson has signed on for 6,400 sf. C&W alsorepresented B2B Video Network Corp. in its 5,605-sf multi-yearlease at Meadows Office Complex in Rutherford. Part of theexpansion included a sublet in which C&W also represented thesublessor, Host Communications.
