HOUSTON-A new 63,373-sf Kroger Signature Store has opened in the130,000-sf Sterling Ridge Village Center, located at theintersection of Woodlands Parkway and Kuykendahl Road.
Kroger is an anchor tenant in the center, along with Eckerd Drugand Perry's Grille & Steakhouse Restaurant. This is the fifthvillage center in The Woodlands. It is now 90% leased to a mix ofspecialty stores, restaurants and service businesses, with a Marchgrand opening planned.
Other tenants include Blockbuster, Crescent City Beignets, ExxonTigermart, Mail Boxes Etc., McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Sport Clips,State Farm, Sterling Ridge Cleaners and Woodforest NationalBank.
