Barberanegotiated a long-term bondable lease with the tenant, Towne AirFreight, with an aggregate value in excess of $15 million, whileSzady arranged the capital market efforts to achieve theoff-balance sheet financing requirements of the owner. Thetransaction reportedly is the highest price paid for an air freightterminal in the Chicagoland area.
