Boyd Page Closes Retail Leases Totaling 84,699 SF

HOUSTON-In a flurry of leasing activity, Boyd Page Realty has signed PetsMart, Old Navy, Ulta3 and Silver Spoon to retail pacts in the Houston area.

Portofino Shopping Center has gained PetsMart, which is taking 19,248 sf, and Old Navy, which has signed for 25,600 sf. The center, owned by Jeffco Development, is located at the northeast corner of Interstate 45 north and Tamina Road in Houston.

Old Navy also has leased 26,584 sf in Baybrook Gateway Shopping Center, situated at the southeast corner of Bay Area Boulevard and I-45 south. That center is owned by Eastfield Realty Inc.

Ulta3 is opening a location in 12,017 sf in Greentree Retail Center, positioned at the southeast corner of Interstate 10 west and Fry Road. Caltim Ltd. is the property owner.Meanwhile, Silver Spoon LLP will occupy 1,150 sf in Champions Forest Plaza, located at the northeast corner of FM 1960 and Champions Forest Drive in Houston. Silver Spoon sells high-end children’s furniture.
