HOUSTON-In a flurry of leasing activity, Boyd Page Realty hassigned PetsMart, Old Navy, Ulta3 and Silver Spoon to retail pactsin the Houston area.
Portofino Shopping Center has gained PetsMart, which is taking19,248 sf, and Old Navy, which has signed for 25,600 sf. Thecenter, owned by Jeffco Development, is located at the northeastcorner of Interstate 45 north and Tamina Road in Houston.
Old Navy also has leased 26,584 sf in Baybrook Gateway ShoppingCenter, situated at the southeast corner of Bay Area Boulevard andI-45 south. That center is owned by Eastfield Realty Inc.
