These tenants will bejoined by an 81,000-sf Superior Super Warehouse, which the buyer,privately held SOL Properties LLC, plans to open early nextyear.
The buyer was represented by Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beachand Ontario offices. The seller, Center Trust Retail Properties,was represented by CB Richard Ellis' San Diego office.
