Cable Company Signs Five-year Lease for Downtown Space

SAN DIEGO-One of the city's largest cable providers, Cox Communications, signs a lease worth $2.61 million for office space Downtown.

The telecommunications firm has inked a $2.61-million deal for19,585 sf at 750 B St.

Russ Stai of Burnham Real Estate Services represented theTenant, while A.W. Arendsee Real Estate represented the buildingowner, SPP Real Estate.
