The 10 live/work units will be located on the ground level alongwith commercial space. The 93 condos will be located throughout theremaining three levels, according to Don Fleming, an interimprincipal planner for Millbrae. The four-level, 171,183-sf buildingwill also include a two-level parking garage, a courtyard, swimmingpool and a fitness clubhouse for its residents. The close proximityto the Millbrae BART station and SamTrans bus lines will provideeasy access to transportation.
Prime Pacific Global is putting up $45 million for thedevelopment, which is being designed by Mill Valley-basedArchitecture International. Ground-breaking on the 18-monthconstruction project is scheduled to begin March 2001. The complexwas previously owned by Shirlin Wong.
