CHICAGO – Work has commenced on the Palladio a six-story, 21,000-sf condominium project at 2042 N. Clark in ChicagoÕs North Clark Street/East Lincoln Park neighborhood that offers residents a building design based on the Palladio Italian School of Architecture. The building consists of 10 units situated on floors two through six combined with retail, an expensive-looking lobby, and indoor resident parking on the first floor. The residences feature designer kitchens and baths, and high-end finishes in a custom build-out package.

The owner is Metropolitan Development Enterprises Inc of Chicago. Pappageorge Haymes Ltd, Chicago, is the project architect. The Palladio is scheduled for completion in fall 2001.
