Houlihan-Parnes Realtors has signed a long-term lease for 14,616sf at One West Red Oak Lane. Chief officials of Houlihan-Parnes arepartners in GHP Office Realty. Houlihan-Parnes, which has been inbusiness since 1891, will be relocating from offices in Hartsdaleto the Red Oak Lane property by April 2001.
Superior Maintenance Co. has leased the remainder of the OneWest Red Oak, approximately 6,678 sf. SK Real Estate Servicesrepresented the tenant. In addition, Pollan, Manner & Wess LLP,a tax advisory company, has taken 1,500 sf, and Start Management, areal estate investment firm, has signed for 1,000 sf at Four WestRed Oak Lane.
