Now, Marchetta has joined LCOR Inc.'s Garden State office,located here, as vice president. He follows David Eichler, who hasmoved west to manage LCOR's new Bay Area office in Oakland, CA.
Marchetta will be responsible for major projects in New Jersey,Pennsylvania and Connecticut, including Hoboken Station Square, amixed-use retail, office and residential project in the city of thesame name, as well as 200 luxury apartments in South Orange, NJ. Hewill also evaluate new opportunities, including new mixed-usedevelopments with an emphasis on brownfield rather than greenfieldsites.
