Allianceis still calculating this year's total, but more than 3.1 millionsf of industrial space had been created as of Sept. 30. Since then,the Hillwood team has been signing at times two pacts a week. In1996, 3.4 million sf had been created at the mega-industrialdevelopment situated in Ft. Worth boundaries.

Value and Services Logistics, based in Rancho Domingo, CA willbe occupying 65% of Alliance Gateway 55. a 360,000-sf spec buildingthat delivered in November. Creme says talks have been ongoing forabout a year, but had reached a more serious stage in the past sixmonths. Henry S. Miller Commercial represents the tenant.
