The operation is relocating from a smaller facility inSeagoville, says Lizzy Pappachen, one of two Cushman &Wakefield of Texas Inc. brokers who had sealed the pact. Thebuilding owner has been represented by The Industrial Group. TRPInternational is a manufacturer and distributor of axle parts,which is based in Bloomington, IN.
Also relocating is Sensormatic Electronics. The firm is taking7,695 sf in Lewisville and vacating its Carrollton-Farmers Branchlocation.
Susan McClure of Cushman & Wakefield, who brokered the deal,says the company has yet to move into its new location at VistaRidge, 750 State Highway 121. The property is owned by RealtyAssociates Fund V. McClure has represented the tenant in the dealand Myers & Crowe, the building owner.
