The Dwight Building in located across the street from thelibrary's proposed new home. It was built in two stages, with thefirst seven floors completed in 1908 and the upper three added in1925. It was upadated in the 1980s. The Board of Trade moved fromdowntown to the Country Club Plaza in the mid 1960s. CamilioEstremadoiro, broker with Prudential Commercial Resources Realty,is listing both properties, as well as two other vacant buildingsdowntown - the Law Building at 1207 Grand Blvd. and another downthe street at 1327 Grand Blvd.
