The law firm, which has 29 offices worldwide, signed a deal for4,367 sf of space on the fifth floor and is scheduled to takeoccupancy in January 2001, according to officials with W&MProperties, the marketing and managing agent for the property. Thebuilding is a 12-story, 220,000 sf office building located nearbythe White Plains Transportation Center. The firm provides a broadrange of legal in such practice areas as banking and finance,capital markets, e-commerce and international trade.
W&M Properties represented the building owner, the Malkinfamily, in the lease negotiations. Insignia/ESG in New York Citydealt for the tenant.
