Larkin proposes to construct 100,000 sf of office space, themaximum allowed by zoning. The balance of the space would house acomputer data center and telecom operations. Stadium Place, at thenortheast corner of Fourth Avenue South and South Royal BroughamWay, is planned to include three stories of structured parking witha 230-vehicle capacity. The development site has been vacated byRomac, having relocated its manufacturing facility to a building inBothell, which it purchased late last year.

Some sources anticipate objections to the project by businessesin the predominantly industrial area, which have had long-standingobjections to office buildings encroaching on their territory.Dallas-based Trammel Crow Co. has been approached to develop theproperty as a joint venture with Larkin, Romac's president. RickOsterhout and Stan Snow of Kidder Mathews & Segner, Seattle,has been engaged as leasing agent.
