The center is a regional planning and economic developmentagency for 17 counties in the east central region of the state. Thenew space doubles the size of the agency's previous quarters. TheCSRA Center's affiliate agencies, the CSRA Agency on Aging and theCSRA Development Companies, are also moving into the space. A total32 people will relocate by the end of the year.
The seven-acre River Watch Center complex began in 1998 andcontinues to expand, largely with build-to-suit facilities. Amongother tenants in the complex are Ikon Office Solutions, which willmove into 10,000 sf in January; Five Star Food Services Inc., aregional vending machine supply building in a 24,000-sfdistribution center; and Atlanta-based office furniture dealer IvanAllen Co., which leases a 25,000-sf showroom.
