A 10,000-sf retail pad will be located on both the northeast andsoutheast corners of the property, and a 20,000-sf pad will go inthe center of the property. The pad in the northeast corner willreportedly be a restaurant. As well, a rear entrance will be addedto the property as well as a pedestrian walkway, and the interiorof the existing mall will be updated with new colors and a newdesign.

The improvements to the existing mall will begin early next yearalong with the parking, landscaping and utility work for theexpansion space. After that, work on the retail pads willbegin.
