Meanwhile, Stone Mountain Properties hasbought the Cottages Apartments, 253-unit complex at 10300 Harwin,from KCF Partners LP; and BGK Clear Lake Operating Associates LP isthe new owner of the 124,908-sf Clear Lake Central I Building at555 Gemini.
