The second phase will add 170,000 sf of office space, adjacentto the 250,000-sf existing building, which now houses 1,000employees.
Tosco consolidated its office functions into the first-phasebuilding over the past several years, vacating a number of smallerbuildings throughout the Valley. The first phase includes anon-site daycare center, a mini-Circle K store and café.
The six-story structure under construction will have a 900-spaceparking garage. The building is scheduled for completion nextOctober.
