The building, located at 3362 E. La Palma Ave., was recentlybuilt by ANP, an Anaheim-based developer, on an infill site thatwas hard to find.

"The property was extremely desirable to Econo-Air because ofits frontage to the 91 freeway, which provides the companyexcellent exposure," says broker Rob Socci.

Socci and Brian Corrigan, both brokers with Voit CommercialBrokerage's Anaheim Metro office, represented ANP in thetransaction. The buyer was represented by Jim Tack ofFullerton-based Tack & Associates.
