Andrew Greenspan, a principal of GHP Office Realty, recentlystated that the firm has signed a contract to acquire the 7-11South Broadway property with a local family-owned constructioncompany. In addition, Greenspan revealed that the firm is alsounder contract to purchase 170 Hamilton Ave., a six-story, 60,000sf building in Downtown.
