The law firm of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon has leased 75,000sf at Collier Center, a $500-million office development in theheart of Downtown Phoenix. The law firm will occupy the 10th, 11thand 12th floors in the 512,000-sf class A office tower, which isbounded by Washington, Jefferson, First and Third streets.
The firm, with 80 attorneys, is relocating from One RenaissanceSquare, another Downtown office tower just a few blocks away. Themove is planned for next September.
The Collier Center is anchored by Bank of America, which hasleased a majority of space in the building for its SouthwestBanking Group Headquarters. The law firm of Steptoe & JohnsonLLP is also leasing 50,000-sf in the building.
