The complex, known as Moreno Valley Plaza, stands at 23585-23965Sunnymead Blvd. It was acquired by Orange County's Park CenterAssociates.

Alan Krueger and Richard Longobardo of Marcus & MillichapReal Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented Park CenterAssociates and the seller, Colorado-based Lamar Cos.
