DOWNERS GROVE, IL – Opus North Corp. has broken ground for Highland Landmark IV, a 250,000-sf spec office building in west suburban Downers Grove, along the I-88 Corridor. The building is the fourth speculative office building in the 42-acre Highland Landmark Office Park in the last six years. The park is a joint venture between Opus North and AEW Capital Management LP.

The seven-story office building will offer food service and a fitness center, among other amenities. As yet, there is no anchor tenant, though a number of major companies occupy space in the previous Highland Landmark buildings, including Ford Motor Co., Microsoft, Met Life, Kodak and R. R. Donnelly. Completion of the new building is slated for December 2001.
