The company reportedly chose Treat Towers because of its closeproximity to Walnut Creek BART and the freeway. It will be used tohouse its 175 employees who live in the East Bay. Terms of thelease were not disclosed.

Earlier this year, the real estate investment trust inkedagreements with Novato-based Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. andLouisville, Colo.-based Storage Technology Corp. that brought thetwin 10-story, 375,000-sf towers to 94 percent occupancy.

About 300 Genesys employees will remain in San Francisco, wherethe company is reportedly seeking an additional 200,000 sf ofspace. Andie Katter at GVA Beitler Commercial Realty Servicesrepresented Genesys in the Treat Towers Lease.
