The Whitehall-Robins division had usedthe two buildings, which total some 466,800 sf, to make anddistribute over-the-counter medications. The Garibaldi Group,Chatham, NJ, represented AHPC in both of the dispositions.GMHRealty represented the new owner of the South Jersey properties,Preferred Real Estate Investments of Conshohocken, PA. Preferred isrepositioning the holdings, which occupy more than 80 acres, formulti-tenant use.
