Arrow Electronics, which will take 50,988-sf, is a distributorof electronic components and computer products. Jack Henry andAssociates Inc., which signed for 15,362-sf, provides integratedcomputer systems for in-house and service bureau date processing tocommercial banks and financial institutions. The County of Arapahoeis taking the remaining leasable space. The terms of the lease werenot disclosed. The shell of the second building should be completeby mid-year 2001, according to Bedford.

In afternoon trading Thursday, shares of Bedford were trading at$20.25, up 31.25 cents from Wednesday's close, and less than $1from its 52-week high of $21.125 achieved on Sept. 20. Thecompany's 52-week share price low came in early April, when sharessold for as little as $15.625.
