The new member, Charles R. Zeller, is president of thecorporation's Texas Real Estate Enterprises Inc. subsidiary. Heowns the Houston real estate firm, RealAmerica Corp. and is a30-year veteran of the industry. Zeller brings experience in thefield of real estate sales and development, Daniel Dror, AmericanInternational chairman and CEO, says, and he is "an importantaddition to the board."
American International is a multi-industry holding company, withassets in diverse fields, including industry, finance, real estateand oil and gas. Stocks have been since a June spurt, closingyesterday at 3 cents per share. American International wants todevelop its share in existing companies through financial resourcesand management expertise to spark growth and profit margins.
