The Internet mediacompany is a division of Primedia, Inc., and will use the space asits headquarters and for technology development. GVA Williams wasthe co-broker; Gale & Wentworth owns the building.

In the second largest transaction, Frontier Systems took justunder 19,000 sf at Raritan Plaza III in Edison, NJ. Theinternational info tech company looked at more than 120 sites inCentral New Jersey before opting for Raritan Plaza III.

The other leases included Xtivia Technologies at Edison Square,Edison, NJ (the Acclaim Group was co-broker); Saucon Technologiesat Bridgewater Plaza II, Bridgewater, NJ (Equis was the co-broker);and Sonova Networks Corp. at 8 Centre Dr. in Monroe, Twp.(co-brokered by Bushman Partners).
