Heather Valley in Madison was sold by Robert Niebauer and HarveyWendel, who built the apartment buildings in 1988 and 1989, alongwith local attorney Harvey Wendel. Mike Dean of Marcus &Millichap's Milwaukee office represented both the sellers and thebuyer.
The Geist Shopping Center has been sold to an undisclosedinvestment group by a California-based institutional seller. MarshGrocery is the anchor tenant with 22% of the space. Kahlil KennethBarnard of Marcus & Millichap was the exclusive representativefor both buyer and seller.
