The 72-unit Devonshire Villas Apartments in Woodhaven, MI soldfor $2 million. Trenton, MI-based Dodge MGP sold the property toSouthfield-based property management company Kaftan Enterprises.Coulter and Gardner represented both parties.
The 91-unit Sheridan Court Apartments in Detroit was sold for$1.6 million by Detroit-based property management company P&BEnterprises to LTM Properties. Coulter and Gardner represented bothparties.
