In addition, the new tenant will be given signage on top of thebuilding's roof. The law firm, which is relocating from a nearbybuilding, is the first tenant to ever receive signage atop FigueroaTower. Built in 1989, the 24-story office facility features adistinctive copper roof, along with triangular gables andturrets.

Clay Hovivian of Cushman Realty negotiated for the tenant. ManiBrothers Real Estate Investment was represented in-house by JosephMani and Gregory Camacho.

The Downtown office market has been on the rebound in recentmonths as tenants continue to seek refuge from higher priced areassuch as the Westside. In January, Costa Mesa-based Paine/PR signeda seven year, $2.8 million lease for 14,500-sf at Figueroa Tower.The public relations firm occupies the seventh floor of thefacility. It relocated its Beverly Hills office to Downtown to becloser to its Orange County headquarters.
