REON Broadband to Wire Franchi Company Buildings

NATICK, MA-REON Broadband Corp. established a partnership with Franchi Management Company Inc. It will offer high-speed Internet and other broadband services to eight of Franchi Management’s commercial office buildings throughout the Metro West area.

Among the properties are Natick Crossing and Lakewood Office Park, both located here, and other office-industrial buildings, office parks, warehouse buildings and retail-commercial shopping centers. In a released statement, Steve O’Toole, director of REON Broadband’s real estate division, states, “Today’s property owners are becoming more tech savvy and realize that in order to stay ahead they need to provide their tenants with reliable broadband solutions. The buildings owned and operated by Franchi Management located throughout the MetroWest region of Boston are an attractive and affordable option for business tenants who want the same leading-edge broadband amenities available to Fortune 500 companies.”

REON will be offering service to more than 125 tenants in over 500,000 square feet of commercial office space. Business tenants include Internet and software companies such as dot-coms, law firms, consulting firms, retail stores, accounting firms, employment agencies and medical and dental offices.
