The top-level features 18,000-sf of operational office space.The second story is the buffet level which features a 25-persondining room for private functions; seating areas with tables andchairs broken into pods that accommodate 475 diners at a time andsix themed serving stations for various ethnic cuisine offerings.Three of thestations are self-serve and the other three feature"theatre" service feature custom-painted murals and a chefpreparing the food.
Minneapolis-based KKE Architects was the lead architect for thebuilding and interior space and worked in conjunction with designfirm, Yates Silverman Interior Design, known for its theatricalenvironmental designs for such notable Las Vegas spaces as NewYork, New York and Paris. Mystic Lake is owned and run by theShakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community.
