ROUND ROCK, TX-Work has begun on Martin Fein Interests' secondluxury apartment complex at the La Frontera development in RoundRock.
Units at Lakeside at La Frontera should be ready to lease byspring 2002, Timm Wooten, Fein's executive vice president, tellsGlobeSt.com. It joins Fein's 411-unit Enclave complex at the LaFrontera development. The Enclave is 50% leased, Wooten says. Theyare Houston-based Fein's only Central Texas projects.
The projects are part of the 328-acre La Frontera multi-usedevelopment at the intersection of Interstate 35, Texas 45 andMopac Expressway. The Lakeside is on the north side of La Fronteraand situated on 10.5 acres fronting Hester Crossing. The Enclave ison the south side of the development.
