HOUSTON-A local Houston investor has bought a 45,000-sfwarehouse at 6101 Dixie Dr. along S. Interstate 35.

Marc Drumright of Southwest Realty Advisors has represented thebuyer, Gary Worstell. John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners Commercial hasacted on behalf of the seller, PLI Inc. of Galveston. Details aboutthe sale had been unavailable at press time.

The single-story building had carried an asking price of$650,000 or $14.44 per sf, according to NAI Partners Web site. Ithad been built in 1958.
