Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Nesbitt was general counseland director of business affairs for USA Basketball in ColoradoSprings. He was in charge of all legal and business matters of USABasketball, the national governing body for basketball. The groupselects and supports the men's and women's Olympic basketballteams.
Prior to joining USA Basketball in 1996, Nesbitt was a seniorassociate with Rivkin, Radler & Kremer, a Chicago-based lawfirm. There, he was involved in commercial litigation and corporatework. Nesbitt had extensive experience in real estate, employmentand transactional law at Rivkin.
