Boeing Co. is asking $23 million or $323,944 per acre ($7.44 persf) for the dirt near the Gwinnett County Civic and CulturalCenter. The parcel has been on the selling block since June 1999.The original asking price was $29 million or $408,450 per acre($9.38 per sf).
