It's anticipated that land development and home pre-sales willbegin later this year. Being developed under mixed-use districtzoning, the community will feature 10 artisan lofts, 51 rowhousesand 124 live/work townhomes for a total of 185 homes. The communityhas been designed to complement Birmingham's architecturalenvironment.

Live/work units will be 1,544 sf. These units have studios oroffices on the first floor, and the second floor will be the livingarea.

The project is located south of Maple Road, east of Eton Streetand north of Lincoln Street. Homes will start at about$300,000.
