ANAHEIM, CA—Softect Solutions, Inc. has signed a five-year lease for 18,177 sf of office space in the Anaheim City Centre property owned by Los Angeles-based Arden Realty . The deal is valued at $1.7 million.

A provider of computer training with a state-of-the-art curriculum for students with aspirations of becoming IT professionals, Softect Solutions has already occupied its new space at 222 S. Harbor Blvd. where it is housing its corporate headquarters and computer school.

The tenant was represented in the transaction by Tom Taylor and Chan Kantikovit of Grubb & Ellis’ Newport Beach office. Arden Realty was represented by David Giglio, Greg Farrier and Lori Smith of Grubb & Ellis’ Anaheim office.
