The business park is in the heart of the 101 TechnologyCorridor. It was developed by LA-based Investment DevelopmentServices.
A Colliers Seeley International team of John DeGrinis, JohnSabourin and Mark Spellman represented IDI in the leasenegotiations with Baxter Healthcare. Mark Leonard, an independentbroker based in Los Angeles, represented the tenant.
