Dominion Gears Up Team for 170-Unit High-Rise

HOUSTON-Dominion Post Oak has started selling units at its 170-unit, 30-story upscale residential building at 2323 McCue in the Uptown-Galleria submarket.

Planned to maximize current interest in urban residential living, the project is being developed by Chicago-based Prime Residential LLC. The project will deliver in the fall. The newly opened sales office features photographs of various city views available at the building. Jordan Jacobson, Dominion’s sales director, says, “It’s great that we have the technology available to capture those city images therefore giving prospective buyers, on a first-come first-serve basis, the luxury of choosing their own views.”

Spanish architect, Ricardo Bofill Taller De Arquitectura, designed the building. Personnette & Associates is handling sales and marketing for the project while Page Southerland Page provided the local architectural expertise.

Standard residences range from 950 sf to 2,300 sf and penthouses range from 2,300 sf to 3,700 sf. The prices range from $700,000 to $1.3 million.
