Planned to maximize current interest in urban residentialliving, the project is being developed by Chicago-based PrimeResidential LLC. The project will deliver in the fall. The newlyopened sales office features photographs of various city viewsavailable at the building. Jordan Jacobson, Dominion's salesdirector, says, "It's great that we have the technology availableto capture those city images therefore giving prospective buyers,on a first-come first-serve basis, the luxury of choosing their ownviews."

Spanish architect, Ricardo Bofill Taller De Arquitectura,designed the building. Personnette & Associates is handlingsales and marketing for the project while Page Southerland Pageprovided the local architectural expertise.

Standard residences range from 950 sf to 2,300 sf and penthousesrange from 2,300 sf to 3,700 sf. The prices range from $700,000 to$1.3 million.
