Thompson Yates and GVA Grimley will be quoting a rent of £3.3million ($4.7 million) per annum, equivalent to £47.50 ($67.50) persf for the ground floor and £40.00 ($57) per sf overall. Seriousinquiries have already been received from various sectors,including media, financial, insurance, art and leisure. SeanThompson, partner at Thompson Yates said: 'The appeal of thebuilding is wider than ever. It probably represents the best value,high specification space of its size and character in London.'
