Shoe Carnival Takes 12,346 SF in Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX-Family footwear retailer Shoe Carnival is taking 12,346 sf at Island Plaza, a retail center in Corpus Christi.

Shoe Carnival’s new retail location is in a center positioned at the southwest corner of Spid and Everhart in the South Texas coastal city. Adam Schiller, vice president, and Geoff Henrio, associate, both of the Staubach Co.’s Dallas office represented Shoe Carnival in the lease negotiations. Shoe Carnival is part of Staubach’s nationwide retailer roster that includes AutoNation, Barnes & Noble, Disney Regional Entertainment, Gap, Garden Ridge, Old Navy, Pier 1 and Target.

Based in Evansville, IN, Shoe Carnival has 170 locations in the Midwest, South and Southeast US. The company has seven other stores in the Texas towns of Tyler, Katy, Waco, Killeen, San Marcos, Midland and College Station.
