Greg Johnston of Colliers Oxford Commercial in Austinrepresented the tenants in the deals. Jeff Knavel acted for theCentre's building owner, SD&A, and Chad Auler represented Edand Susan Auler in the lease at 1402 San Antonio.Evacyte isdeveloping technology for early detection of cancer in cells. Thecompany moved from about 2,000 sf at the Reserve, located at 500 N.Capital of Texas Highway. The Centre, which is at the intersectionof Lamar Boulevard and US Highway 183, has 204,270 sf.

The AeA, which lobbies the Texas Legislature on behalf oftechnology companies, has set up shop an a house renovated intooffices by the Aulers. The building also contains the business ofthe Auler's winery, Fall Creek Vineyards.

Steve Kester, the AeA's director of government and publicaffairs in Austin, tells GlobeSt.com that the organization now hastwo offices in Texas. One is headquartered in Dallas and the SouthTexas Council is in Austin.
