The hotel, with an estimated value of more than $30 million,will be built on 8 acres. It will include 12,514-sf of meetingspace, a full-service restaurant and lounge with a private diningroom, an indoor pool, fitness center and business center.

Construction is scheduled to begin later this summer and isexpected to open in October 2002.
